Yep we will be doing this next week, and every Thursday from now until SOMA.  Technically you DO need a Tonto Forest Pass, however the rangers usually make their last pass through there about 5pm, and we have never been caught without them.  So it's up to you.  If we were there on a Saturday, I would say you absolutely need one, but for a Thursday night, not so much.  If they DO give you a ticket, the fine is to buy a pass and mail it back to them, so no huge deal.

Of course Ron N Fire WORKS for the rangers in Tonto - but do not tell him your name!

I am announcing right now that I will be FINALLY bringing my dues to the next OWS. It has been almost one full year since joining this crew and I still have yet to pay.

Don't even think about taking my turn.

RON HERE CHECKING IN.  Thanks for the new name, my wife is dying from laughter.  Oh well at least I'm being talked about.  I will be missing this week because of Las Palomas.  But I'll try to get an OWS and some beer drinking done while I'm gone.

Swim time - make sure you are ready to go at 5;30 pm and have shoes for the easy flat run afterward!

You forgot the bucket of Crisco so we can wedge ourselves into our wet suits!!!

I need to swim for like 45 min!! Who's in for 3 big loops?  (Do we still have buoys out there for big laps?)

I am in for at least two - but have to run when there is a little light still - as the season progresses I can swim longer.

Yes, we still have the outside bouys to swim around.  The inner bouys only measure three in number at this time and it is a middle one missing, so no big deal.

Just wear your headlight on the run. That's what I'm planning!

I'm probably out this week! I have a group meeting for a case study that was assigned yesterday. I may or may not finish in time to make it over but I'll pack my stuff just incase.
