That's great news! I know you've been frustrated by that all summer! Just be careful He told me not to be overly aggressive and I told him it's more likely that I'll be overly cautious. He thought that was a good thing. |

I gained 45 - 50 pounds during those 2 years and have managed to take 21 pounds off in the past 2 months. I've got a few short races planned over the fall/winter and I'm gearing up to race short course again next year.Good luck to everyone! |

When I first saw the doc he said no treadmill, no elliptical; I didn't ask today but I don't have much access to one anyway and my regular run slots are being filled with the PT. At this point I'm willing to wait. (I haven't run since end of July) |
