And just lately added swimming once a week. ST is usually 2 a week. I have been doing my ST on the scheduled REST day. The more I look at different plans, the more I think that maybe it really means not to do ST on REST day. Keep in mind that all of my workouts are at a beginner level. I just don't want to be shootin' myself in the foot.....so to speak  Does REST day truly mean no real physical activities? |
