I just don't know how to work it in sometimes... You can also do a simple ST session anywhere with a floor (and maybe a towel to toss down ) ... 20-30 minutes of pushups, crunches, back work like extensions, bridges, and leg work like lunges and calf raises. All you need is body weight for a good on the go workout. Do 10 to 20 reps then move to the next exercise. When you have hit all four major muscle areas, repeat until you have filled your workout time. You can throw in variations like 1st set of crunches regular, 2nd set of ab work is leg raises, 3rd set is oblique crunches, etc. Good luck, you CAN do it! |
