Took the last two months off though and now it is time to get off my butt and back to training. I'm a wife, mother to two, grandmother to four, caretaker of three cats. Love to read so I'm a librarian. I did my first three tri's in 2007, took 2008 off for injury, did two last year in 2009 and I'm hoping to do my first oly length tri this year. Hi Kendra! Nice to be on a team with you again!!! I think your are really the slave of three cats! (I'm my cat's slave!) |

Expert 831 Eltham North, Victoria | Subject: RE: Hearts - February Challenge I updated the spread sheet and my love goal is running. I have two nutty friend who have talked me into doing the Melbourne Marathon this year and I need to increase my volume. I have just nominated "number of sessions" as I'm not sure how my body will allow me to progress. Just to rub it in..it's pretty warm here today so I rose before the sun to get my first love session done. |

Great job getting out there in the cold for your ride. I think 9 miles in 30 degree weather is AWESOME! |

I am behind and just put in my goals - I will be doing running as the LOVE goal and then added the swim, bike and planks - oh how I love those planks! This is my fourth consecutive challenge and I've been on winning teams for the past three - let's go team!! (I did get my first run and swim in this morning!) By the way, I am Tracy and a mom to two sons. I have done four sprint tri's and have said out loud that I am going to do a half- Ironman this July. I'm scared! So, any tips from those of you more experienced folks is appreciated! |

I guess everybody won the December challenge, but to me, that doesn't count. So I really hope I can be on a winning team, because having these shameful sig lines is really uncool. |

I've done that race 3 times before last fall's buyout. The bike is fast, and the run has that nice incline in the first 1/2 mile that you get to go up twice. |
