The scale was not nice to me today. So I JUMPED on it. that'll teach it! HA I'm down 2 pounds for the month but I ate horrible last night.  Then good that the weigh in is a ways away. Last night was not a stellar night for my eating habits as well. |

So we know that it is a girl ( with the dr. always adding "nothing is 100% accurate you know"  ) Her name is Olivia and she is due on St. Patrick's Day March 17th. Since we're not Irish, I don't know that that really matters!  Or if she will even hit her due date! The baby has already dropped. Sure it counts, I'm IRISH My son was born March 4th, I can't believe he'll be 10 soon. He was due the 11th. Both of my kids were due the 11th, my son in March, my daughter in July. Her birthday is July 3rd. I will tell DD .... maybe it will encourage her. She is excited for the baby to come, and she is TIRED of being pregnant! She wants her own body back. She asked for a jogging stroller because she wants to train with me for some 5Ks maybe even a du or a tri. That would be so fun! I showed her a video from BT of someone's daughter's first tri (7 years old). We said maybe we could do a three generation race someday! And I voulnteer to take photos the entire way! There must have been an epidemic of it or something! I was so tired and the reader board at Burger King lured me in with a new burger. Then part way thru the burger, I thought this is not all that great but I finished anyway. ugh This morning I am back to english muffin with PB an a touch of honey for breakfast. Much better. |

I am just moving too slow this morning, it is foggy out and is frosty. However, I will do my run this afternoon and ST tonight. That way I can bike tomorrow morning. If it is foggy tomorrow, I will just have to stay in the residential area instead of heading out the country road. There... new plan |
