I have an EVO, and use the WW point calculator sometimes, but don't really keep track of my diet as much as I should. I am 35 now, so I guess some of the pain could be contributed to aging, but I only started training/running in my very late 20's and early thirties anyway and never had any(other than sore muscles) pain so I'm not 100% convinced that's the problem. I will try the green tea and glucosamine, though, that can't hurt! I found the calorie counter app on the droid market, after searching calorie counter. It's free to download and the icon is two footprints on a yellow scale. |
