Best of luck to all of you racing this year. I'll be thinking about all of you on Oct 22!

GFT was my first iron distance race last year and holds a special place in my heart even though I won't be there this year. I opted to do IMFL which is 2 weeks later. I hope you get the best weather possible and even if it isn't, race smart, have fun, smile and last but not least, finish strong!

Final days!

Hope everyone is well rested and ready to go!

I am trying not to make my missed workouts over the past few months into a crisis. Had a great brick with two other racers on Saturday and the weather looks to be mild this weekend.

Also ordered a kiddie pool to use as an ice bath afterward!
