Okay, my arms are stiff and my shoulders hurt, whine, whine, whine....I guess that's what happens when you get sick early in the month. I only have about a 2000 left, so I'll get that, as usual, on the last day of the month Tuesday with my masters swim. Great job folks! Hey Captain, where do we stand with goals and such?

Thanks Blizzards, for the great words of encouragement!

Oh, Captain, I wish...I wish...could I change my numbers to 23,550? That would be amazing! No, unfortuantly, I'm at 13,425 or something like that. Basically, I've got one more workout to do. Tuesday!!

Whoo HOO! GREAT JOB BLIZZARDS!

Not going to kick the TRISTARS!    --- We've got a total of only about 3000 yards for everyone on the team to be at 100%!

 GO TRISTARS!

Sassafras and Hikergerb...lose the loser avatars. I know, it's a day early, but we are now 100%-ers, and let's start enjoying it

I'm proud to be part of this team. Hikergerb, thanks again for taking on the captain position for the second month in a row. You deserve a break.

I'm impressed with everyone's ability to bounce back and put in some killer swims at the end. I'm such a wus I knew I needed to pace it out or it would be torture.

Way to go Blizzards!  You all did an outstanding job! What's a challenge if it doesn't come down to the end!

(turns head and shivers as wind howls.....never mind that it's over 50 again today!)

Good luck to all doing the run challenge, I'm sitting that one out. Too risky for injury for me.
