Extreme Veteran 455 Centennial, CO | Subject: RE: Midwest Team Feb 06 Run Challenge Reporting here as well - as tomorrow I'll be RESTING - Got 14.33 done from February 1-4th - so I should be a little head of schedule - good cushion for anything (like the weather here in Colorado) that might pop up later in the month to mess with my run schedule.

The last column %G / %T is how far your along your goal verse the amount of time gone in the month. So anyone over 100% is on or above schedule to meeting their goal.

I got in a 4.5 mile run this afternoon, so my total is 9.5 so far---don't know if that makes a difference for your overall chart or if you'll just look at totals....
