Running at full speed in cleats and cutting and changing direction constantly will trash your body. That how I ended up here, I thought it would be easier on the body and I was looking for a new challenge that didn't require a team. Little did I know that you trash your body in triathlons, you just do it slower ![](https://beginnertriathlete.com/discussion/images/emoticons/smile.gif) . Anyway I say don't run if it's going to do more harm then good. A challenge is a challenge but your season and health is way more important.
