I am TANKful for yeast and Must working so well together, same goes for Hops, Barley, water and Yeast.    Oh Yeah all you entertaining "people"  Without all of this work would just suck.

Hopefully, the Nouveaux Beaujolais will be available for turkey day. If not, a good pinot noir from Willamette valley, WA is a winner. I like soft reds with turkey. Whites don't carry the flavor unless you go with a very buttery Chardonnay. J. Lohr or Ridge can work.

I actually had a somewhat busy day at work today - and was forced into the position of telling some of the higher ups that I'll be leaving by May 1st which I'm hoping doesn't come back to bite me in the bum. 

On the good side of things - Tony's in the kitchen making me some delicious dinner!  He really is a good cook
