I do 3 workouts in each discipline 3 days a week and 1 strength workout day and it looks like this: Sunday: long ride - currently at 60 miles and will take up to 75. Monday: strength/resistance workout. Tuesday: Back to back Swim/Bike/Run of S1000yds/B21miles/R5miles. this one will stay the same. Wednesday: Back to back Swim/Bike/Run of S1250yds/B28miles/R6.5 to 7miles. This one will ramp up to S1760yds/B35 to 42miles/R8 to 10miles. Thursday: Long swim - 1hour or more. Friday: Long run: currently at 13 will ramp up to 16miles Saturday: Rest |
