I've been awake since about 3:30 when the alarm clock went off for my wife who had an early flight this morning. Now I've got to sit in a presentation about call quality monitoring most of the day with my supervisors. My senior customer service reps are all in another meeting. So the staff is left on their own... NICE! |

The key is how much you let the suckiness get to you. I'm just mega annoyed. Essentially, we are having to pay for our client's lack of planning and over all stupidity in the past. They are in a crisis because of work not done by the previous management in the company. Now, because of that, we are having to go back and do some fairly significant work, in an obscenely short time frame to help save their backsides. And of course, it is killing our other client base because we are not able to get anything else done. I woke up crabby, I got here and it just got worse. Can't wait for my run at lunch time. |

I know, I know - I'll be there Thursday I swear! - is that all you have for public humiliation? sheeesh! :-) I think they changed the default on at the bottom of the thread to be unchecked - I noticed it over the weekend - it looks like you have to go in and specifically check it now in order to recieve the emails - that's my theory anyway
