No. Called the doctor's office yesterday and today. She wasn't in yesterday morning when I called or this afternoon when I called. I'm pretty annoyed about it. |

Up early to go to a wedding with a brunch reception. Should be interesting. Do you dance and stuff at 11 in the morning? Guess I'll find out. |

Sometimes don't you wonder? I mean really - what are they thinking when they don't call people back - it's difficult enough to go through the tests - but the waiting for results is the tougher part. I hope you hear soon! |

Royal(PITA) 14270 West Chester, Ohio | Subject: RE: Challenge Chat (aka Nibbs XVII) - come join us :) I just did my fist bigger group ride with pace line skills and all. Ummmmm, I have a LOT to learn about that stuff. If an angel named Caroline hadn't hung back and let me just pace with her I would have made it a solo ride! She said she'd ride with me any time to help build my skills so I can get comfortable doing the larger rides. I would really like to try a century next season but I definitely need to gain more comfort riding on the rear wheel of the guy in front of me! The girl that organized he ride gave out a bunch of freebies at the end too--I got a huge container of Heed powder and another bottle of Hammer gel for mixing up as well as a couple of Optima bars (had one, it was great!) |

I'm still not comfortable riding in large groups! I can handle pacelines, but not big, wide packs. I freak out in those situations. Boy am I tired now. Over 4 hours on the bike today. Over 76 miles. Yay me! Now it's time to torture myself on the foam roller. Have a great evening! |

Champion 6107 Out running or enjoying a fine glass of red... | Subject: RE: Challenge Chat (aka Nibbs XVII) - come join us :) Evening, Nibbs! Got a lot accomplished today - Elder Monkey did well at soccer and I got in a nice short ride this afternoon (and worked on pushing the hills). And then we ate pizza...man, it's been forever since we ate pizza. (I can see why, after entering the nutrition in my log, but geeez it tasted good.) Mmmmm. Pizza. Tomorrow morning, Elder Monkey is running her first kids race. Hopefully it will be fun. |

Champion 23360 Taser-World | Subject: RE: Challenge Chat (aka Nibbs XVII) - come join us :) For the June Challenge, I'm thinking of something called "Move-it or Lose-it." In other words, if you don't move-it, your team will lose-it. Bike, swim, run, and "other" activities all allowed. (Other includes strength training, dancing, anything else you want.) I know it's only mid-May.... but I'm working on writing it all up. |
