Does anyone know if there is a emergency late athelete check-in?

Something important JUST came up.  I'm so angry right now.

I sent an email to IMAZ to find out.

I had this come up for myself several years ago at an event.  I ended up making it to on Friday but I inquired about Saturday pickup.  It was explained to me that there is a non-published pickup time on Saturday morning. I am not sure of the hours.    At IM Louiville earlier in the year I had an issue with my registration and I went to the registration pickup early Saturday and there were a small amount of people picking there packages up.  I recall thinking that it was interesting they were allowed to pick up on Saturday.   GOOD LUCK!!

Can't believe I didn't ask this sooner, but are guys going with a full sleeve wetsuit or sleevless? I am bringing both and not sure which to use. Its all about comfort and just finishing the swim for me. I feel faster the sleevless and used it all Summer but don't wanna sacrifice it for comfort and warmth since I'll be in the water well over an hour. Thanks

So, I'm going to bring both and see how it feels. I think I'll take the sleeveless to the practice swim on Saturday and if I feel like I'm comfy, then that's the route I'll go. I'm the same as you as I tend to keep better form in a sleeveless than full sleeve. Likely it means I need a better fitting full suit (I've tried a few) and more OWS time...but that's not happening before Sunday!

Full sleeves for me. I only have one wetsuit, so the choice is easy. I've used the full sleeved in much much warmer water (boulder in August) and I'm comfortable in it anyway.

I'll be creating a IMAZ page that will list all of the BT members participating and their splits during the race like I've done for other races.  I should have the page up in the next day and will post a link to it so everyone can verify the right information.  I'll be using the spreadsheet that has been attached in previous threads for the list.

Similar to others, I have both, and may test out the sleeveless on Saturday at IM Perform Practice.  However, if the water temps stay in the low 60's, I think it is worth the comfort and warmth to go full sleeves regardless.  Just my opinion and plan.  I prefer my sleeveless for obvious reasons under most circumstances.

BTW, I'm still trying to decide on what to wear, but most like likely a white tri top and black shorts on the bike (or my white/grey/yellow "onesy") and camo arm warmers, long yellow socks.  On my Cervelo P3 with Hed3 wheels.  Then switch to my yellow Livestrong T-shirt and and hot for the run.  (yellow is my "race" color).

I will also most likely be the tallest athlete there (6'7").

Tomorrow is bike tune/cleaning day...  Going to put on the race wheels and get it ready.  One step closer!

I have not decided what to wear yet. Black tri shorts, and either a red/gray or black 2XU tri top. As far as the wetsuit goes, I only have a long sleeve. With water temps around 60 I'm sure I will appreciate the sleeves, but I would rather swim in a sleeveless. My shoulders get tired after swimming in my wetsuit. Going to try and pull sleeves up higher before this race and see if that helps.

Can someone share where the special needs stations are located on the bike and run course?  Also, where are the aid stations on bike course?

This answer might be trite, but they are typically located as close to the 56 mile and 13.1 mile as they can get?

After a lot of persistance, I got the doctor thing resolved.  It's after the race, so things are back on track.

I'm pretty sure that the bike SN is around mile 63 (on the second loop on the way back into town). The run SN is at mile 13 and the bike aid stations are every 10 miles.

ETA: Here's more specifics:

On the bike course, the special needs station at mile 63
(located on Beeline Hwy and Gilbert Rd) is available on
the way back (southbound) during the 2nd loop. Due to
the three-loop nature of the bike course, athletes are
reminded that the bike special needs station will not
be available until after 9:45 a.m. You will only get one
opportunnity to access your bike special needs bag. On
the run course, the special needs/foods station is at
mile 13 on the south side of the lake, just east of Mill
Avenue bridge, about 100 yards from transition.

YES, I do. I'm used to it but it does sometimes limit my ability to get aero comfortably/safely! :-)

Yeah, me too.  I don't mind the head/tail winds.  But gusty cross winds have me sitting up too often.  I get a bit jittery.

I'll be on a Renn Disc / H3 front.  Hopefully the wind won't be too bad this year.
