Way, way too much time on your hands...

The major storm mostly missed us Saturday into Sunday (just rain, not even very hard), but we lost power for 3 hours last night after the strong winds started (I assume a tree fell onto some power lines, etc).

Swam 1800m this morning. 

Mila, he's a chemist.  Us scientists are efficient.  Multi-tasking is just a way of life.  Get off your high horse .  That is all...

Today was a run. It was cold (21 degrees) and it took about a mile before I started warming up. Definitely not my best run.

Back to the pool on Thursday when I will pass my goal. 

I'm starting my second season of Tri; what would I get out of being mentored? 

You could learn how to fine tune your racing.  (Should you wear socks during a sprint tri?  How can I set up my transition space when space is so limited?  How can I get my legs to feel better for the run after being on that bike for so long?)  Those are the kind of things that I worked on while heading into my second tri season.  Hope that helps ya!   Cheers!

Thanks!!!!   This month is my best swimming month EVER!!!!!!  I'm actually enjoying it, too!

We seem to be winning the team % and they claim that's what determines the overall winner. Go Elves! 

I know!  I think there are too many percentages on that chart!  We're doing great!  Enough said!!!!
