(And NO, they are NOT all mine! :P ) Hee hee. It was me. Oh, wait - they only count posts - not views? Well, gosh, I'm gonna stop reading and just keep posting mindless things. |

I can handle pacelines, but not big, wide packs. I freak out in those situations. Boy am I tired now. Over 4 hours on the bike today. Over 76 miles. Yay me! Now it's time to torture myself on the foam roller. Have a great evening!I just did my fist bigger group ride with pace line skills and all. Ummmmm, I have a LOT to learn about that stuff. If an angel named Caroline hadn't hung back and let me just pace with her I would have made it a solo ride! She said she'd ride with me any time to help build my skills so I can get comfortable doing the larger rides. I would really like to try a century next season but I definitely need to gain more comfort riding on the rear wheel of the guy in front of me! The girl that organized he ride gave out a bunch of freebies at the end too--I got a huge container of Heed powder and another bottle of Hammer gel for mixing up as well as a couple of Optima bars (had one, it was great!) Was it supposed to be a secret or something? LOL OK, I wrote up the announcement. It's been posted. (Yes, I know it's early. As you noted, I'm a challenge junkie. The thought of not having a June challenge gave me an anxiety attack. LOL) D001 - 2008-05-17 8:30 PM For the June Challenge, I'm thinking of something called "Move-it or Lose-it." In other words, if you don't move-it, your team will lose-it. Bike, swim, run, and "other" activities all allowed. (Other includes strength training, dancing, anything else you want.) I know it's only mid-May.... but I'm working on writing it all up. I like it. You're a challenge junky. Admit it. plus it's been building up for a while - |

Gardening = I'll plant it but God has to care for it cause I rarely (if ever) do...Lots of stretching on tap too. I may go to the gym to sit in the whirlpool, have to leave all swim gear home so I'm not tempted to do anything |

Royal(PITA) 14270 West Chester, Ohio | Subject: RE: Challenge Chat (aka Nibbs XVII) - come join us :) We put down some mulch, need about 10 more bags...planted some pretty flower boxes but I need a few more boxes for the rest of the petunias and vinca...We're going to put some show off roses around the back deck. They bloom early and keep blooming til the first hard frost, have minimal scent so they won't attract bees and will cost about the same as putting down lattice while looking prettier (umm it would be the same if we only needed 6, we need 11 of them). It's going to be pretty when it's finished...then we can open the pool up and have a Nibbs party VA--and anyone else that can make it from the wilds of where you all live!
