Race report is up, guys.

Now To go fix dinner for me and the kiddos, and to get them to bed. Then me to bed before midnight.

Did I mention I'm kinda tired. Heather kept me up late last night texting.

Great job on the race Amy

Hmmm, just turn off the phone. Then you can't text. We all know who's fault the texting really is. LOL

Morning Nibbs

another full day of house hunting ahead - then I think I'll hit the gym for a swim and go grocery shopping

fun times

Good luck with the house hunting. Glad you saw a couple of possibles yesterday. And yes, I think house hunting should count as training.

My Saturday -
Get up early and be the bicycle escort for the 2-Day training walk. One bicycle and ten motorcycles were the escort. Kind of funny to hear the motocrew complain about being tired. All the walkers were impressed by me riding by them over and over and over again. It was fun.

Lunch with son to exchange cars (he had our for his move)

Back home and time to wralk and swimmy swim swim. Yahoo I made my goals for the bike and the swim for last month. Did not make it on th wralk. Oh well.

Game night at a friends. I made enchiladas. We played Cranium, Apples to Apples and Balderdash. A very fun evening.

Today is work in the yard day until the thunderstorms hit. TTFN

So today is June 1st. That means I can get rid of my flower-power penalty avatar. But... I kind of like this one. I think I'll keep it another month  week  day  hour  few minutes, at least.

Hey everyone!

Got home from the MS ride.  Yesterday went well.  I averaged about 15 mph over the 75 miles, but my knee was really hurting last night.  I iced it and took lots of ibuprofen, but it was still sore this morning.  So, I rode this morning and it hurt a lot.  I made it to the first rest area and stopped and got a sag to the end.

I'm depressed.  Upset that I didn't finish again and that I'm sore.  I think it's an ITB problem, so I can work on fixing it, but I'm annoyed and angry at myself right now.

Jen, I'm sorry about the knee issue fouling up your ride again.  It stinks but you're wiser to not risk worsening the injury until it's figured out.

Afternoon, Nibbs!

My race was awesome! (Except they measured wrong, so the run was a little short . . . but even considering that . . . ) I have a new PR, hit some new highlights, met a couple of new (to me) BTers - Noony & Jimbo, and had fun.

I'll post up the RR soon - waiting for the official T2 splits, although I can pretty much figure it out from what I do know.

Why are you annoyed and angry at yourself? You should be annoyed and angry at, um, your knee. (OK, so your knee is part of you, but, um....)

Glad yesterday went well. (Even though your knee wasn't happy.)

there were actually 3 possibles today - maybe 4 if the price could be made to be right -

I also had at least a dozen people look at my house in NE - so, that is good as well

Wow. Who said the housing market is slow? Then again, they looked - now let's see what type of offers they make.

Hopefully, you'll be able to sell it quickly.
