For some reason I've not had good movements lately. I ate some raisin bran this morning and am inundating my bowels with coffee but there's still not urge to poo.

Grandma Utz Potatoe chips cooked in real lard do the trick for me.   Go find a bad of those and you'll be texting yourself in no time.

mr2tony - 2009-09-24 12:16 PM TAN I'm melancholy today. I'm going to swim tonight, and ride my bike a little, maybe that'll cheer me up.
I'm antsy... This cold is pizzing me off. I want to run but I know with all this gunk in my lungs it would be very, very ugly. Hopefully Saturday I will start feeling better.

I love running when I have chest congestion.  Loosens it all up so I can get it out.

But when you have a pretty serious case of brochitis and the doc says no running 'cause it will make it worse... I listen.

I do have to say the steroid inhaler is pretty kick a$z. I can see why all the pro cyclists want to be considered asthmatics so they can use the stuff.

Just wanted to say, the 2004 Kona Ironman coverage is one of the best jobs they did in terms of production.

How come all the Kona IM shows make me cry?  They are just so freaking inspirational.

Did you youtube it? Where did you find it? I can view it at work... but I wouldn't mind watching it sometime at home.

Universal Sports is playing TONS of triathlon this week.  However, it's a channel that's hit or miss if you have it or not.

I have cox communication which has it in it's lineup.

This morning I watched a short video, like 30 seconds, of the B2B swim from last year.

Now I'm stoked about racing.

Yeah... no dice on Universal Sports through my cable provider. It was a nice thought though.

So I've settled on a mortgage lender and I'm starting the pre-approval proccess.  Time to start looking at houses.  I'll be honest, I'm a little nervous.  Okay... more than a little.

I was watching IM China and the fastest swim split was 40:14.  Is that even possible?  That's less than 60 seconds/100.  I should check other IM swim times to see if something smells fishy.

Remember when I closed on my house I walked out and nearly threw up. 30 years is a long, long time! It has been one of the most rewarding expierances though.

I think buying a house is the second biggest decision you make in your life, behind getting married.  However, after you do it once, it seems easier after that.

Perhaps going out on a limb and starting up your own business could be up there, but I never did that so I don't know.

I'm doing a 15 year loan with 4.5% fixed IR.  Wow, this is way too serious for TAN.

That's about right for some really really really fast swimmers, especially if there's a tide or a current.

I'm not rich so I have a 30-year at 5.29 I think. My ex and I were going to refi our house in Omaha into a 15-year but she didn't wanna do that. I'm glad she talked me out of it. It allowed us to buy the Chicago condo and still have a little left over for the Colorado place, which we don't actually pay for anymore since we got divorced.

Something definitely smells fishy here.

I'm doing 15 yr since I don't plan on being here for more than 5 yrs, so I want to get in now and build as much equity as I can before I move.
