Morning kids. I am sore.  Haven't run that far on asphalt in a while.  gonna spin my legs out a little later.

Hey Kids.. hope you are doing well.. I had some horrible days of work last week, but I am not back..

Trixie.. you better do the 100WS... I am telling everybody around here I am pacing this AMAZING girl there. so you better make me look good out there

when I am not pacing you, I'll be volunteering at a aid station... getting inspiration and tips from the best... I am doing that monster eventually...

So this week I am tapering..

Back from Shanghai (last week).  What a pain to try to train there.  Smog so thick, you could cut it and eat it like a slice of bread.  I did get in a swim in a pool, but given I was in Shanghai for 3 days of 12 hr meetings and then 2 days of flying, I didn't get in too much.

Got back Thursday night so I did get in a sw3im on Friday, a run on Sat and a longer bike on Sun. 

I'll be your mentor.  whatcha want mentored? 

Welcome back John!! You get in what you can, when you can and don't try to make up for lost ground!

Will you be at FL70.3 next month?  I don't think you are racing, but are you jocking/cheering?  IF you do, don't forget lonesome Jonny D who has no family members coming to cheer him on.  It was also be GRRREEAAT if Trixie cam down as well, but that is a long way. 

I am now looking at both of you with my puppy dog eyes 

Hmmm, what are the dates?  I need a training weekend. FL is nice, right?

Hey there! I will be there that weekend for sure.  I will be volunteering and also cheering on my friend Viktor and Brian.  I can add you to the list of peeps I'll be cheering extra loud for!

So, what's up for the weekend? If the weather holds I will do my required volunteer work (for WS, not Parole) and then I shall ride/run with my friends.  Yes, I have friends....of course I met them all on this site....

My b/f will be doing a sprint in my town Saturday. But I plan to leave that afternoon to Orlando to watch FL70.3.  A busy weekend
