So...done a day early...couldn't get a reasonable early flight out tonight (best was $750 additional charges on a last minute direct), so gonna make up some workouts, and visit some friends in Schaumburg tonight. May be away from the computer most of the day... |

No, this is not the start of an off-color joke. I was riding today (in horse country, with no bodies of water in sight) and a beaver crossed the road, stopped on the shoulder, stood up and looked at me, and ran into the woods. I was riding today (in horse country, with no bodies of water in sight) and a beaver crossed the road, stopped on the shoulder, stood up and looked at me, and ran into the woods. So really, why did he cross the road? Cool! All the wildlife I saw was dead  That's the down-side to doing intervals over the same 2 mile stretch of road. You pass that same smashed possum 6 times! Big ol' vulture was circling overhead so I guess he had some good lunch after I finished my intervals. |

Sweet plasma screen at Circuit City but it didn't fit in the car...had to pay $60 for them to deliver it tomorrow but that still beats our damaging it getting it in or out of the car. |
