I just did some core work to get SOME activity in today. Now I gotta go ice the knee again. I haven't figured out how to do that effectively from the computer.

YOu cant put ice on your knee while sitting at your computer? Wouldnt that be simple?

Well.. Ive actually just been asked to be the official company twitter/blogger person for the live stages so I think Im safe...

They wont take my leave away because there is company pressure right now to reduce peopls leave owing if they have massive amounts (which includes me) but I will be going to work on the first Monday of my holidays but be taking another day at the end of compensate! I think...

Because we knew he was leaving early July we were currently working on covering the work for then anyway.. its just the next 4 weeks that are gonna suck!
