Wilmington is such a nice area. Can't wait to be passing through there in July on our way to the beach!

I really like that area as well. There iis something about it that attracts me more than other areas on the coast. I love the energy at Wrightsville Beach. There is always someone walking, running, biking, kayaking, sufing... and of all ages.

I am supposed to run this morning.  It is raining and about 45*F..  At least the wind isn't bad.   

It was in the 30s over night.  Later this week it is supposed to get to 78*F.  Wacky spring weather!

Today is not going as planned. Not going as planned at all.

Sometimes that can be a good thing.... hopefully?!?

Ann, I hope that you day gets better.  (I'm assuming not going as planned is not good)

I've got all kinds of equipment not responding, including my laptop which I need to look into why the other equipment isn't responding. I'm typing this from my desktop which is on a different network and really serves me no purpose other than to post on here... so yeah it's more important than my laptop.

In lieu of beating my head on my desk I'm going to share a little quippet with you all.

I am selling my motorcycle on Craigslist. I don't ride it much, with my right leg being numb most of the time I'm hesitant to ride. Craigslist really brings out the crazies.

I listed the price and said 'firm'. I've had several offers for half, or even less than half of what I'm asking. I don't even respond to those emails. I had someone offer to trade me a diamond tennis bracelet he said he paid over $22,000 for. If the bracelet is worth that much why doesn't he just sell it and pay me what I'm asking for the bike? I don't want to get stuck with trying to sell it, it's probably stolen.

The few legit buys I thought I had seem to disappear when I say I won't take a personal check. We were talking about it last night at home, and I tried to explain to the kids why this could end up with me being out the money AND the bike.

I have someone coming over tomorrow, hopefully he buys it and I can be done with this hassle.

Hang tough! Play tennis!

That is why I hate craigslist. Though, these days, I don't know how to sell something with out it.

That's exactly it! I could put it in the local merchandiser, or the newspaper, but I'd probably still get crazies. The car dealership where I'm thinking of making a purchase didn't really want to take it as a trade in, and I'm probably better with the cash down payment anyway.

My run is done and the pace was good.  And it stopped raining and warmed up to about 50*F, so that was nice!  Now to clean up and head into work.

Okay, this is serious. Dee, send me some of your training ju-ju. Or better yet, help me find mine. It has gone missing since Thursday. I NEED it back. I have races to do... one this weekend and it is going to be humiliating. Lots of friends will be there.

Uh Oh, Robin!  Okay, emergency shipment of training ju-ju is on it's way. 

So if you are not trained up to go for a PR, then go for the FUN!!  If you have lots of friends there, you should be able to make that goal. 

I know better than to eat a burger and then go an intense cardio workout, but do you think that stopped me? NOOOOOOOOOOO
