I also have to go to the grocery.  We have NO food.  Humph.  I HATE grocery shopping.  Anyone else feel the same way?  Just a big ole PITA.

Morning team

I am back on the road baby! My doc gave me the go to restart running yesterday night.

I went out this morning and ran for 30 min to test the foot. I am happy to say that I didn't feel any pain :D

But now, the doc told me to cut one running day, so for now I can't run more than 4 days a week. Also for a couple of weeks I will have to do a run/walk program to make sure I don't hurt my foot again. BUT at least I can run again!!!

So I am peach for today, I might hit the trainer tonight or tomorrow morning. I will see if I am tired or not tonight after my day at work.

Artemis - 2009-03-03 7:48 PM My favorite easter candies are the mini cadbury eggs (the chocolate ones with a shell), starburst jelly beans, and reese's peanut butter eggs.  Easter really has the best candy.

lyssa-gator - 2009-03-03 2:13 PM oh yeah, and i'm peached for the day! 3 for 3!! i ran 7.5 miles. well--actually, i ran 7 miles and tiptoed half a mile. i went down a gravel road that's gated this time of year, and about half a mile from the gate i saw a huge steaming fresh pile of COUGAR poop.

i told my dad, he said "the good thing about a cougar attack is that there's no fear involved-you can't see them coming, you can't hear them coming, they attack from behind, snap your neck, and you're dead before you hit the ground" thanks dad.

I heart Heavenly Hash's... but I can't get them out here in Utah... seems to be a southern thing...  maybe I can convince Amanda to send me some.... hmmm.....

As well.... I was doing so well on the candy thing... then at my meeting there were a bunch of sour patch kids.... oh well....
