OK. Date with Doc tonight. Going to give it one last go.
Boys.

I thought you have been saying that for days?  Or am I mistaken?  How many last goes does he get?

Thursday fun fact.

Did you know, people generaly don't think the world is very "flat".  Tall mtns and deep trenches in the oceans.  BUT, if you were to shrink the planet Earth down to the size of a billiard ball, it would be smoother than one.

I heard/read that years ago, and for some reason, it sticks with me.

First balls on WWF and now talking about billiard balls. Doing ok buddy?

Too much alone time...  Lots of "junk" time.

I saw The Descendants on Tuesday night.  Wife wanted to watch Blue Valentine last night.  One more night of bad marriages, breakups, deaths or fighting (unless it's the Kung Fu kind), and I may just end it.   So depressed.

I need an Adam Sandler comedy or watch the Hangover movies to make up for it.

Nice!  I'm glad your standards are more reasonable!  He doesn't need to rule half the free world and be a bazillionair with part time job as a underwear model anymore?

Just lazered balls?  I might have a chance!

So I'm thinking about heading to Colorado for my birthday this year.  Need some time off work, and I think it'd be a lot of fun.

Wow my buddy has his lasered (his wife did it for him) they were not married before and they got married after she lasered him.

Now he keeps trying to convince me to laser my sack.

I just think it would be weird to have his wife hold my junk. But the other part of me thinks it would be funny and I can go around telling people his wife handled my junk.

The down side is he said it felt like they duct taped a bumble bee to the end of a 5lb sledge hammer and hit his sack 1000 times.

I had to walk away from the TV during Blue Valentine.  They nailed it when it came to a broken marriage.  All the arguements people use.  One desparate to keep it going, the other giving up.  The confrontations in public places since you can't get them to talk in private, etc.

The whole "you don't have to worry about they guy since he is fat (does that mean I should worry if he WASN'T fat?) type of logic.  Been there, done that in my life.  Don't need to see a movie that just nails it.

I think because my wife never was really broken up with, she doesn't get it.  Or maybe it's just me, and I don't like movies like that?

I keep trying to remind him he said this to me. Now he is trying to sales pitch me on getting it done. Did I mention it takes several visits.

oh and she waited until the end of third visit to tell him she had a numbing cream to help if he wanted it.

Funny girl.

Mark this day on your calendar folks.

I used Duct Tape for it's ENTENDED purpose.  I just sealed some of the joints of my furnace ductwork with it.

Will wonders never cease.

When it comes to the junk.  I found a razor works remarkably well.  I got more nicks with the clippers than a razor.

I don't think I've ever seen a duct with duct tape on it ...

You probably should have used Aluminum tape for that. Duct tape will deteriorate over time with the heat.. who uses Duct tape on Ducts?

FAIL

sorry. However you can use it on NASCAR at 180mph

Interestingly, duct tape is not good for sealing ducts.

I have used it too.

thebigb - 2012-02-02 1:41 PM My weekend plans are falling apart and I'm kind of bummed.  Of all the weekends, really?

I hear you it appears I may be stuck working due to some other people not getting their jobs done in a timely fashion.

As long as I can get a longer run in this weekend I am ok. Tonight is my 90 min spin class.

Oh, I know.  I was using it to repair my previous fix.  The heat melted the glue and the old duct tape was flapping in the breeze.  Like last time, I don't have aluminum tape laying around.  Just Duct.  I need to get some.

I'm not a new father when it comes to my pool pump.  I have had so many issues with it, that even the slightest change of pitch in the pump motor will get my attention, even wake me up.  I then run outside to clear out a filter or apply some O-ring lube, etc.

Pools are a money pit.  Just like boats.  Just saying.

It's that same trained ear you get for your car.  Even the slightest odd noise get's your attention (or it should).
