Subject: RE: CrossFit WODHi guys- I went through two introductory sessions (each 1.5 hours ) where we spent lots of time learning the basic moves. I've done alot of the lifts before, but it was good to get a refresher and get some form correction (bad habits build up fast ). There are some modifications I will do initially (some lifts will be substituted for more basic lifts ). The gym I'm attending basically has one person teach all of the classes, so he really gets to know the athletes. I'm excited to try an officialy workout on Friday morning.
