Same thing here, with the marathon Km, I will bump up my running %. And I can double the distance, that will pay off a lot.....

We're supposed to have rain today, then rain again Thursday - Tuesday.  I have a race on Sunday, too.  Really hope it's not raining much then.


Seems that gets you into the 'race as you train' mode.

Photo looking south towards the Vegas strip from yesterdays run up the mtn.  Took a camera along on the fuel-belt and shot some photos. Made a panaroma as well but that's too big to upload on BT.
