OK, I figured out how to export the data, but what a mess. It will take me some time to put it into a managable format. Frown

DougRob - 2011-01-04 3:32 PM Does anyone know if it is possible to look at you monthly WO totals for month that are two or more months old? If so, how?

see red arrows.  change month and year over on right.

edit...  do this once in your training log

Please do not dive into the pool and swim under 2 lane ropes to get into the fast lane. And then proceed to swim like a motorboat for 10m. Only to get to the end of the lane and sit there for 10 minutes out of breath.
There are others that are swimming. Please observe and repect others.
Thanks

that sucks.  i guess i'm fortunate as i have yet to swim in a pool where there ere enough people where lanes are divided into slow through fast.  i think i've shared a lane less than 10 times ever and its not that i'm a lane hog, i always ask i someone wants to join.

fowlmood - 2011-01-04 10:05 AM I ordered my first wet suit today. I did tri one on to get the fitted correctly so I ordered the correct size. I wanted to get some time in the suit before I  leave for Florida in March

Which one did you get?

I bought the Quintana Roo Ultrafull Triathlon Wetsuit
for about $250. The gentlemen from my local bike shop recommended due lots of sizes and a few other features. figured a decent suit for a 1st time buy

Thanks for the suggestions on the online shops for sneaks.  I have checked them out.  Will do a check locally to make sure they don't have what I want before making a purchase.  Probably getting 2 pairs of Sacuony's so I can swap back and forth.  Grid Raiders (I am wearing those now) and ProGrid Ride 3 which will be new to me.

No early workouts for me yet but planning on a swim at lunch and a short ride on the trainer tonight.

I absolutly love my Saucony's I run in a stability shoe the ProGrid Guide 3. just bought 2 pair this last time one for everyday wear and the other for running.

kkcbelle - 2011-01-03 9:52 PM Sooooo excited to check up on the early birds tomorrow!!! Go and get your worms!!!!!!!!! I get to sleep in tomorrow (my run is too long to do before the kids go to school, cuz I am not as devoted as Linda/Terps), but I'll be up with you guys on Wednesday and Thursday, OK!?

So MEN!!!!!!!!!!

Chafing is something my husband has issues with, and I know he's not alone. I think he's found the skivs that work OK for him for running most of the time (Hawaii always throws him a big-ole curve ball, though!)... but still... I'm reading my latest Runner's World and there is an article for you dudes:

Brief Encounter, The Skinny on Running Skivvies (p. 81). Can't find it online, sadly (anyone?). They do some review for the ladies as well... Personally I ain't ponying up $16-$20 for workout undies. Yes, I do run in undies (don't bike in them, obv), but my basic everyday skivs do the job for me (and no, men, I don't run in my HankyPank thongs, although I have a girlfriend who does -- LOL!).

Hey Kyla, I think you confused some of the other boys in the group as to what your question is.
I think I know what you are asking.
You are wanting us to post pics of us in our underwear. Unfortunately, I did not bring my camera to work today, but I will give you a bit of a hint of what I'm bring to the table.

Out the door at 5:00 got in my swim - not as long as planned, but got in some work though.  I can tell it has been months since I swam last.  Speed was still there, but going to have to work up the endurance again.

Way to go Padna!

You too!  You game for another early day tomorrow?  I have an hour z1-z2 trainer ride to do...

Six-mile treadmilll run and need to be home from the gym by 7... so I'm an early bird tomorrow!!!

Heck yea Andy, everyday will be an early day from here on out.  I hear you Kyla...do it.

Andy...I'll see you out there in the morning early.

There are some members of this group who would walk that far to see a ladies groupLaughing

And I'm going to state for the record - it is uncool to be the fastest person in my swim lane at Masters and to wear fins!  Trevor, I think we need to swim together from now on.

Tonight's run was not fun.  It was supposed to be a tempo run with my running club, but storms and heavy rain moved it inside to the treadmill.  Longest five miles I have ran in awhile.  Just did not feel it.

My plan was to do a spinning class at 5am tomorrow morning.   So here's to putting it out here to give me that added push to get up at 4am......

I got my 1st day of week 6 workouts done and logged. This mornings swim was the 1st time I wore a swim cap wasn't to sure about it for the first 5min or so, but I eventually started to like it.  iam trying to get use to the little things while I can instead of on race day. Hopefully the wetsuit will be in next week.

************  Rant on ***************

So my lovely bride and I finally sit down again tonight to compare schedules for the next couple of months and I discover the 1/2 marathon I had preliminary scheduled for later this month, that she told me earlier conflicted with one of the girls competetions really doesn't conflict.  She had the weekend wrong on her calendar.....    Yell

So, I figure, I am not really ready for a 1/2 marathon running-wise but it would be a good fitness test.  So I long on to register and then I find come to out it has already sold out......   AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!   Yell

************ Rant Off  *******************

I guess every race needs volunteers!!!!  I will just have to schedule a long run that weekend!!!

Always seems harder to me running on a treadmill vs. outside.

I am in the same boat as you on this one! 1hr and 15 min on the trainer tonight and up at 5 am for a run and lift. I'll shoot you a message tomorrow to see how it went.

BTW, at least you ran on the tredmill and did'nt just call it a night with the weather.

I plan on doing the Guelph sprint June 19 and the week after the Muskoka Oly  (long course 2k-55K-13K)

Sylvain, did you break the BT computer???  Tongue out

Sylvain: let me know if you want to know anything specific about Muskoka. I did it 2 years ago.

Anne. Muskoka is very nice especially the scenery. They have two races there.   A long tri I think in July (about half the distance of a HIM) and of course the HIM in Sept.  One of the best races of the year is the Guelph 1 in June. Totally awesome !!!

Up to page 15 now J and should be through it all by summer
