Well that was quite an exercise. Trying to catch up an almost aweeks worth of postings.  I didn't even have time to get in on the what are you doing string. Extremely busy again . Seems like everbody and their dog wants to either buy a new house or refinance their exisitng one. So my days have been jam packed with work. Up and out of the house at 5:30AM and getting home about 7:00PM. I did manage to get one swim in this week. We were doing one arm crawl drills breathing on alternate sides. I had several large healthy(?) swallows of the pool water.  To Kim's point she has to breathe out earlier underwater.. I have to breathe in after my head is out of the water and before it goes back in.  Going to head out to the gym after work for a quick workout and then head over to a party for a friend's surprise 50th birthday.

Anyone have anything exciting planned for the weekend?

i would hyperventilate and pass out if i did that.

here's what we're doing tomorrow. here some pic's to give you some kind of idea of the size of the trains.  the pics  change every few seconds.   almost a mile and a half of track.  and since its a public park its free.

John, you fit on that train?  I want photographic proof!   I am surprised even the kids can stay on, let alone the adults.

HA!  I'm one of the skinnier people now-a-days.  even more surprising is its a real steam engine that pulls us around! i know you love pics of me, even if some of you use them to threaten your children with...  so of course i'll post some.

I thought of all you beer drinkers last night.... I ordered a seasonal beer and when she brought it to me she says: "Just to give you a heads up, our policy is that you can only order 2 of these before you are cut-off!"  I thought to myself that I am going to be feeling "HAPPY" after one then!  I was right!

I forgot I have to be more precise in my terminology with this group.  I only breathe once for every 3 strokes and that is when my face is not in the water

Mmmmm. Great lunch today. Leftovers....  Mashed potatoes, beans, corn, barbaqued steak and fried chicken breast.  I think I will need a run tonight.

andy, keith just post something about announcing big news about lone star in 2010 on a local board down here.  so my suspicion about it not being the clearwater slots is probably right.

in light of his posts over on st and this post i'm wondering if 70.3 championship is gonna visit our great state.

actually its not Escape.  but still a cool looking race put on by the the former Escape RD.  i thought about one of the three  bay races... until i read what the entry fee's were.  400 for Escape, 320 for this one and i forget what the other one was.  thats crazy.
