Believe it or not, I played center midfield in outdoor and striker on my indoor shift. I had decent ball handling skills at that age. I can tell you, height helped to a point on some other things. Can't tell you how many times I scored on corners. The lobbed it into the tall guy and I could get my head on it pretty easy..... Didn't hurt that I was a state high jumper too, so had some ups..... |

Sure there are plenty of men that don't fine me attractive.. But I've never had a problem finding men who are interested either.. i meant 'round here, i guess. |

Look at guys like Onyeyu on the USMNT or Drogba on Chelsea. Bigger guys. Taller guys. Makes for a very interesting game in the air. I have a theory. ALMOST a law....... The bigger you are, the better in most cases IF you meet one criteria. You have to play like you are smaller. This is what I mean..... If you are a 6'7" soccer player, but can have the skills and quickness of 5'7" you will be better. OR, Magic Johnson. 6'10" and could play point guard. 6'6" In general, MOST NBA guards are almost big enough to play forward or center on a high school team. Loy Ball, 6'10" SETTER in volleyball. That job is usually for the short guys.... I can go on and on. If you are a big guy with little guy skills..... game on.... That's my theory.... |

I've been lucky with dating though.... I guess I can find the girls that LIKE poor, not good looking, shy, nerdy, not a huge partier type guys..... Studies also show that taller people get more "first impression" respect than shorter people.... Also, never been in a real fight in my life. People tend to back down. Can't say the same thing for my shorter friends. They are ALWAYS getting picked on and fighting. Once we did a test. He would walk through a crowded bar and "accidently" bump into someone. More often or not, they would say or start something.... I would do the SAME thing to the SAME person about 15 minutes later - and get an "I'm sorry" or "excuse me" from THEM!!!!! funny |
