Well, Cat eats before the rest of us.... And Neal just eats 14/7.

14/7?  That might be a conservative estimate

toddg - 2009-06-25 6:42 PM Reading other articles and I came across this which I have to try tonight for a snack...

Toasted Peanut Butter Banana Sandwich

  • 2 slices whole wheat bread
  • 1 medium banana
  • 1 or 2 Tbsp natural peanut butter
OK, I have to admit.... I've never eaten peanut butter & banana....

Do it.  You won't be disappointed...

What?!?!? PB and nanners is seriously one of the best combos on earth! A drizzle of honey makes it even better.

Hey guys.  I tried to run this morning.  Really, I did.  Twice even.  BUT, I think I have poison ivy and it was WAY to uncomfortable to run.  I thought if I changed my clothes it would help but it didn't.  So, I got up at 5:00 for nothing.    I hope it is gone enough to let me run soon.  I only have 3 more miles to go!!!!!
