Well I was going to qote on the first post of her being missing but I thought hold on let's read the next three pages first and yes I was right she had come back.  Power of positive thinking pays off!

Oh pictures of butts - let's give that a go, I'll go for my run and just stand by the side of the road taking pics of cyclists of which I see about 500 every morning!  Shouldn't be hard! 

PS my DH has a divine butt - think Bruce Springsteen back in the day...yum.  Now Im hungry dayam!

Didn't train yesterday threw in a rest day - played Mousetrap with Artemis (what a dull game sober).  Thought I'd do 45mins on the drainer this morning but opted for bed instead.  So now I get to run lunchtime and drainer tonight.  And drainer tomorrow morning....my own doing!

It's close to a 5 people very close indeed....

Reece: What has been the average water temperature at Kansas 70.3? I know it's been wet suit legal, but do you think the swim could be done without a wet suit? I swam in the swimming area in 2011, and it seemed fine to me, but maybe it is different out where the race is swum?
