Hey Nibbs-I need to dig up some breakfast, pack my bag, and head to school.  I hope everyone has a wonderful day.

Mornin' Nibbs.  Dragging today.  Don't really care much for politics, but last night was pretty enthralling all around, so I stayed up and watched a bunch of it.  Melissa and Yanti helped, too

And we've got a full blown Thanksgiving style feast in the kitchen at work right now.  I'm pretty much starving.  Cooking, and thus smelling, a marshmallow topped sweet potato casserole at 8am is pretty tempting.

We have food "teams" that cook lunch for the office throughout November and December.  Our "team captain" put a Thanksgiving style menu together.

That's cool.  I want someone to cook me lunch, especially if it's going to be Thanksgiving type foods.

The bank usually has a Thanksgiving lunch catered for us the day before the actual Thanksgiving, too.  And so begins the holiday calorie gorge.

Did you know that ethylene can be used to change sex expression?  more ethylene=more females

Does that only work in fruit flies?

Need to make a decision...I can't defer the half, but I can drop to the 8K.  Any running hurts right now.  I'm wondering if I should just lose the $70 registration fee to be healthy.

My classes are so much fun...one of our current assignments is to write a brochure on a tool.  I have been assigned the pick and the mattock.  I love the hard core manual tools.  They have great history.

One of my favorite tools in the machete-It is great for trailblazing...but I wouldn't suggest using it in national parks.
