I think I spend more time waiting for pills to work than the time they actually work. Ugh. I had a period of about two weeks of a rather emotional up and down transition of coming off of Depakote and going completely on Lamictal for my bipolar II disorder. The upside is the Depakote was aggravating my left leg/knee and its slowly getting better as it leaches out of my system. Slow process though, and I've been gritting my teeth and riding through it. Usually it takes at least 4 weeks, but most of the time 6 weeks, before I start to be less tired. I also get really sore (like sore bones and muscles) when my dose is wrong. It sucks! |

It's supposed to be sh*tty all weekend - I was gonna go jockstrap for the Columbia Triathlon on Sunday, cuz CHRISSIE WELLINGTON will be there, but I'm not sure if I want to stand out in the rain... |
