And somebody in the office made pigs in a blanket for breakfast.

Are we going to have to explain that one to Cat?

Bleck

yucketty-yuck-yuck-yuck

I am going to have to strongly disagree with your stance on pigs in a blanket

I am completely okay with that.

I'll trade you all my brussel sprouts for your pigs in a blanket then.

TriAya - 2008-11-05 7:11 AM Geez, is it everybody? I went to bed and tossed and turned too and finally gave up and just got up. Except it's 4 a.m. here.

Apparently it's not everyone.  I slept like a log.  Slept right through my alarm, in fact.  Managed to miss my big return to the pool.  Some day I'll make it back in the water.

kns57 - 2008-11-05 7:15 AM Morning Nibbs. It's a crazy world that we live in. Got my bike and core in already today. Not much fun on tap. Have to go to a memorial service and then work. If it's a quiet night, who knows, I might actually get a chance to visit on Nibbs and get caught up.

Hey Kendra!  Sent you a PM...

Canadians don't love Americans like they used to. Not that we were their favorite back then. Thank you W. What next? My husband already has to pretend he isn't American when he travels anywhere other than Canada.

Got a nice treadmill run in today. It snowed last night. And all day. It's hovering around freezing out there, and I don't like running in slush. But the treadmill was nice to me today, so it's all good

I need some tips for getting over my crush...

Everyone loves to drool over a nice cycling man. Truth be told, that's why I put myself through some of this pack riding crap. Sometimes it's nice to sit behind a nice behind See? Just do what I do and reduce him to a piece of meat. No feelings, just nice scenery. That way you don't have to worry about falling for him and all that messy love stuff. Unless you like messy love stuff. Beware. You could end up like me and find yourself married to him for 15 years with two children calling you "Mommy"

Hi Pam!

I'm listening to you...trust me.  I called sportsbackers today and they won't let me defer the half til next year.  They offered to let me do the 8K instead.  I'm thinking that I'll swim tomorrow, rest Friday.  Attempt a short run Sat, if it hurts quit...try again Wed.  if it hurts eat my reg. fee with a DNS.  I got the phone # of a PT and sports med doc to call but even if I get an appointment this week it won't be enough time to get healthy.
