They offered to let me do the 8K instead. I'm thinking that I'll swim tomorrow, rest Friday. Attempt a short run Sat, if it hurts quit...try again Wed. if it hurts eat my reg. fee with a DNS. I got the phone # of a PT and sports med doc to call but even if I get an appointment this week it won't be enough time to get healthy. |
