ebshot - 2009-06-04 11:01 AM Anyone having anything super yummy for lunch?  I had cereal.  Blah.

Cereal sounds better than my sandwich

I love cereal, I can't eat it anymore. I miss it If anyone is looking for some tasty cereal, the Special K Vanilla Almond was my absolute fave, sooo good.

rlejeune - 2009-06-04 8:56 PM Headwind to go and when I got out of the office the #$%? wind was no more now that I would have a tailwind ...
Maybe the wind decided that you needed more of a workout today.

I think the wind decides that everyday.  It just sits up there thinking, "look at this poor sucker, as soon as he turns around I'm switching direction on him.  MWAHAHAHAHAH!!"

You have that same wind dude there that we have in Texas.  Then in the middle of the summer he just turns out of the south and turns it up to 25....

D001 - 2009-06-04 6:02 PM What happened? I left for 15 minutes, and when I got back, we were still on the same post....

I left for a few hours and we are on the same page.

Prime workout hours.  It always seems to slow down between 3 and 7

It's interesting how the prime posting hours seem to coincide with "at work" hours.  So, essentially, everyone is getting paid good money to surf BT.

I noticed that, too.  ;-)  I have difficulty posting at work, which is why I get so far behind!

I have more time to post from class than I do from work.  Every now and again, I will spend my lunch hour at my desk, reading and posting, but I always end up feeling guilty afterwards - I have a screwed up sense of responsibility or something...

Clearly I need that... but I figure I need some stress release and BT is a good one while in the office

Got a 2.75 mile trail run in today....Leaving in a few minutes to run with Laura and the running club I go to on Thursdays. So I will manage two runs today. Lungs were not to happy about the trail run, it was hilly, which I haven't been running lately.

2 runs, nice job!

Thanks

x2. And, I'm thinking that the lungs must be at least a little better.... Because a few weeks ago, I don't think you could have gotten those runs in!

A few weeks ago I wouldn't have bothered trying.  So I guess that means things are going in the right direction.
