It’s also part of the evolution process...ifin’ you believe in such things. Those with strong and/or adaptive immune systems perpetuate the species. Presumably that is how we got immune systems in the first place.

It is also possibly the “earth’s” way of dealing with 7+ billion people. Soon we will have many more...and population density will grow and such epidemics will likely be more prevalent.

Which is why the want to give Trump a Darwin award for his handling of the pandemic.

Apparently Wall Street has a Biden win factored in. I wonder if we'll get a bump if Trump finally wins.

I moved all my 401k money to cash a couple of months ago. I made about 6% this year and I’m ok with that. If Biden wins the market will overreact and tank. I will buy back. If Trump wins the markets will probably remain stable or go up (the bump you suggested) ..and I will buy back in.

I think if Trump wins 2021 will be a record breaking year. If Biden wins the markets will fall and then come back some...,then it will depend on what he does. He could very easily crash the economy.
