My first tri is Sat. Xterra Sport off road in North Little Rock, AR.

I hope I don't freak out on the swim!

My very first Tri of any distance... Chinook Olympic Tri in Calgary.... my training has been solid but I am still getting nervous!

I am! I am!  Sylicon Valley Mountain Bike Tri on Saturday (and hubby's doing his first 5K on Sunday!)

Happy Father's Day all! 

My first tri ever is tomorrow!!  Eastman Splash, Mash and Dash- Grantham, NH!  Nervous as anything but can't wait!

No tris for me this weekend, but I'm racing in the local Father's Day 10k.  So is my husband!  Yay!

1st full Tri of the year for me on Saturday, Parvin Sprint Tri. They're calling for potentially awful weather so not as psyched as I was.

Small local 10k as a last long (for me) run before my Oly next weekend. 

The good old Quad Cities Triathlon!

Still training for an actual Triathlon but I'm doing the Folsom Lake Open Water Swim tomorrow (SAT). Only doing the .6 though. I did it a few years ago and I want to compare times. Whooo hoooo!!
