I'm in.

My suggestion was to tack two together to make a figure 8.

Desert Classic until we hit the Beverly Hill. Then take Beverly (across Pima Canyon)
and through the 46th St parking lot to Javelina. Javelina back to Pima Canyon.

I think that should be right about the same distance we've been doing. The only
new part of the route would be the short segment of Beverly that is really straight forward
so you all wouldn't have to wait for me.

I will not make the Friday morning trail run this week. I need to do 2.5 to 3.5 hours on the bike instead since I'm not taking my bike up to Wisconsin with me for the weekend, and I have to get my long ride in somehow. Anyone up for a ride instead of a run?

I'm up for Friday. How about 0545? It really wasn't light enough at 0530 last week.

I was planning on heading out, I think I'll probably end up there about 6.

I think the only problem with later is that Mel has to pretend to work sometimes.

I'm good with whatever.

I can do 5:45 I hate this staying dark later and getting dark early stuff. It's not good for training.

Oh on the contrary, it keeps it a bit cooler and helps with the run workouts (not so much on swim or bike, but who does those anymore anyway?)

Who is up for 0545 tomorrow? It's the last time I can come out for a while, since the ASU study will have me working out mornings in north Phoenix.

Sean (came out last week, not a BT'er) and I will be out at 0545 tomorrow. Come one, come all.

Well, Sean bailed, and I forgot to take a picture of me taking a picture of me.

I almost didn't persuade myself to get out of bed, but this is my last opportunity for
this for a long time, so out I went. Y'all should have come out to enjoy Ridge Line with me.

Sorry, Jot. Started master's swimming at McClintock H.S. this morning, and swimming help is something I need more than the trail runs, even though I've really been enjoying those. I'll be at master's swim M, W, and F every week for a while since I can't beat the convenience of living a half mile from the pool. This will muck up my training schedule, but as long as I get a couple of runs and rides in every week, I think I'll be fine.

Probably no more Friday morning trail runs for me for a while...

That's fantastic to have masters swim that close.

I'm out for at least the next 8 weeks with the ASU study, but I've
really enjoyed running there every Friday. Thanks for starting
it up.
