Is anyone shuttling from the Omaha airport to the start town? I'm not sure how I'm getting there from the airport yet. I am shipping my bike to the start and was planning on just taking a cab from the airport to council bluff. Is this not a good idea? It looked like it was only 15 minutes by car according to mapquest. |

Also, have any of you thought about when you'd like to ride? I am thinking mornings b/c A) I won't have to hurry or feel rushed and B) it's cooler. As in temperature. And social status. =) Definitely in the morning.....the sooner we get there the sooner we hit the beer garden!!! LOL!! |

Those Aircaddy boxes are cool but I'm still nervous. I can't wait to see her again on Saturday. I miss her already. But she did look so nice. All clean and lubed up, ready to hit the road. She told me she would be ok and that she would be on her best behavior around all the other bikes. She also said that she was just as excited as I was for the ride. See you soon baby. Oh, and I'm looking forward to meeting you guys too. |

And a little psycho. =) I cleaned my bike for the first time ever yesterday. I feel like I've been an abusive bike owner! It looked SO LOFLY all cleaned up! I still have a little pedal squeak but I"m taking my bike into the LBS hopefully tonight for a tune up and to see if they think I need new tires. Heh heh. I'll give you that. |
