We've got 6 of 13 at 100% or better, with our 'silent but deadly' member hitting 116%+!!! We've got a few more who hit 100% with today's run, and the rest on target with all but one over 90% (and I am not worried about our last one, she's a MACHINE and will get it done). That's with three folks upping their goals, one working in Iraq running on worn out shoes, and other assorted personal challenges. In fact, our unadjusted team average is 108% - what a great group of over-achievers! This challenge has been so much fun for me, and very motivational. One of our members was adversely affected by the fires in SoCal, so we pledged some extra miles, but she was able to make up enough that we didn't have to use all the pledged miles. Many of us went beyond 100%, but since overages do not count (with the exception of our one member), I left us all at 100% finishing total. Can you update my total?", thus resulting in another "adjustment"  Doesn't matter in the long run. Team Bad Omens have all exceeded their goals for the month.  In some cases, it took a little extra encouragement (aka: kick in the a$$) from fellow teammates to go out and get the job done, but we all won in the end!
