Back from my first ever tri. Ummmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm. I won it.

There were no age groups. I was 1st place overall among the women. I am still wondering if there was not some mistake?? 67 women. 141 total racers; 29 men beat me, so I guess I was 30th overall.

I'm still in shock.

Will post times and splits later- race time was 53:27.

Did I mention I'm still in shock? And that the lake was total darkness like being blind when you put your face under? I have a lot of work to do on a longer open water swim.  But I bought a wetsuit at the expo afterwards and will be ready to go as soon as the ice melts off my lake. Okay, maybe not that quick.

This works for me:

1) Click the link for your album.
2) Click "Create and edit your video and photo albums"
3) Click "Upload photos and videos"
4) Click "Browse" Select the name of the photo you want to upload.
5) Click "submit"

Mine is updated... I'm a slacker this week.  I got sick and missed a couple of days.  Hopefully, I'll close the gap next week.

I'm all updated. Ran 11 this am with the local running club here on vacation- nice group of folks and it was a beautiful morning and route along the gulf and bay sides of the island.

However, I just ate so much out to dinner that I am pretty confident that my stomach will explode inside of the next 30 minutes. Just so you know what happened to me when I don't post anymore.

UGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGH.

Getting sick STINKS. I'm sure you will do fine once you're better.
