I got 37.5 miles in this morning. I have a loooong way to go but after the race on Sunday I hope to get down to business. Great job everyone for getting out there!!

Yanti!! You spend as much time with your parents as you can. I'll cover your T.I.T.S. for you.

(Was that my outside voice?)

LOL! I hope so

oh my! was that MY outside voice?

FYI so it's someplace public--I'm still slogging away on dialup here--must revise goals to 15 stages of 15 minutes each. Might be laughable, but with spending so much time with the fambly here, want to keep goals light.

Yanti - let me know what you want... this definatley comes under exceptional circumstances because of your trip...

I got in 36 minutes/11 miles on the stationary bike at the gym tonight. I had planned on doing a short run after the bike, but all the bikes were taken when I got there. So, I did it in reverse. I did 1 mile on the treadmill [5 min walking warm-up (0.2 mile) followed by 13:29 mins of wogging (0.8 mile)] and then hoped on the bike afterward.

Barlo family,

first many thanks for the inspires you've been leaving me - luv you all.  Sorry I have not been as inspirational as my usual self - you can blame my boss and the actual tour de france which I find myslelf addicted to like crack.  Even with fast forward thru commercials on the DVR, it's eating up lots of free time and lots of sleep time.  I'm a zombie at work, and it's not a good time for that.

On a positive note, however, I have been getting my rides in.  I may have missed it, but are we supposed to post them here, in a spreadsheet somewhere, or is someone watching my logs?

Congrats to each so far on your and your great attitude.  I will have to participate more, because last year we won the team spirit award from the challenge queen herself, and I see that the CSC team this year has quite a few more posts than we do.  I'll be coming on strong towards the end, just like my boy Soler will (if his wrist heals).

I hear you on the DVR stuff, Josh! I don't usually get home from work and the gym until after 8:30pm or so. I don't actually get started watching the tour until after I made dinner, so I'm often up until after midnight watching. I caught myself yawning a LOT at my desk yesterday. LOL

Hey Josh!  good to hear from you - I'm expecting big things from you towards the end - we could use some help in our post count!

there is a link to the team spreadsheet posted on the first page of the thread - you can updated your totals in there.

let me know if you have any questions or problems

Note: There was a specific request for finger crossing. So, ^^^ that was NOT just a shameless attempt to pad my post count. This one, on the other hand, might be.
