BunnyB - 2008-07-22 10:51 AM I got in another stage and 35 minutes last night. I have swim class tonight, so there'll be no T.I.T.S. for me, but plan to get in another stage tomorrow night.

have fun at swim class!

Hey, it is never too late to enjoy T.I.T.S.!!!!!

I'm gonna bust a BarloBustier and put in 3-a-day rides for the next week. This is actually pretty normal for me, now that I'm back on my regular U.S. schedule.

Lest anyone accuse me of having FALSIYS, you try not having a car and using a bike to get everywhere--multiple work places, errands, training--in L.A. traffic.

That's some pretty big T.I.T.S. and B.A.L.L.s, I'd say.

So great to be back and "see" you all.

1.  we are far too low on the page....unacceptable

2.  I have already completed 9 1/2 hrs of riding .....I thought that was goal but now I'm not sure and have to go back through my OP

I just looked, I signed on for 12 hrs which means I have nearly 2.5 hrs left.  Good thing I didn't go all crazy in the other team threads

Another 32.65 for the spreadsheet. We had a great time on the ride. It's a re-group Wheelmen Touring Club ride and the boyz love to hammer. It's fun. Sprintervals, hills, flats - it's got it all. It still amazes me that I keep up.

I AM DONE!!!!  My ride today had 3583 feet of climbing too.

So, my total is 10 stages and 13.15  hrs of riding in the 3 weeks....can I share excess with a struggling Barlo-buddy?

OK, I'm now done with 9 stages as well as my miles. I have an extra 55.8 miles - since this last ride was an average speed of 16.5, that's 3 hours and 22 minutes for anyone that needs 'em.

Putting on a wetsuit should be it's own leg. Just sayin.

The TdF Challenge will be over soon. So how are you going to stay motivated NEXT month? Interested in another challenge?

There is a "Casual Challenge" planned for August. You can set goals for RUNNING and/or SWIMMING and/or BIKING and/or OTHER (strength, yoga, etc) and/or WEIGHT LOSS. (You may sign up for ANY or ALL of these goals.)

There will be no teams (unless we get a lot of people signing up, then I'll split the group). It's just a friendly challenge to help people achieve their workout and weightloss goals.

Click below to read about the August challenge, or sign up for it:

lol! why don't they have a triathlon in a river in montana in january. then the wetsuit struggle (drysuit would naturally be banned) WOULD be a leg in the race!

i've done with my rides too. extra 43 minutes if somebody needs. i did my last stage with the big boys (not literally big) at home on my trainer. gosh that new bike is great! i haven't riden that much at all, with the weather and all, but now i will, that trainer is great!

good job everybody!

Hi Team,

Just a reminder this is the final day of the TDF challenge - I hope everyone has enjoyed themselves

There has been a little confusion over how the final results will be calculated so from the original thread with the challenge rules here are the details :

"The winning team will be determined by the overall % of goal amount of stages and % of distance/time achieved by the team. (each goal counts for 50% of your overall goal achieved)"

What this means is you cannot achieve more than 50% from with of your totals... I havent had any requests for clarification sent to me but i thought I better just remind everyone!

Results will be up in the next couple of days, so just make sure your team spreadsheet is up to date
