Subject: RE: Nibbs XXIISo Nibbs.....I have a question for my longer distance veteran friends...... How did you plan nutrition calorie wise for race day. I have come close to bonking in both sprints this year, the first one was more a dizziness mid swim with some hunger where I grabbed the Optimum bar on the way out of T1. Last weekend, if it hadn't been for the forethought to pack Heed I would have wound up DNF'ing because I was that physically shaky going oit on the bike course. I'll be staying in a hotel the night before the oly so I need to plan accordingly fo breakfast.... |
