Important to note that we are 16.7% of the way through the month.  Some of us are more on track than others.

Jen -

Do we have until the 30th or the 29th to finish the Challenge?

if it's the 30th, then we're 13.33% which is closer...if it's the 29th then we better step it up.

Yeah I put it in both.

Artemis - 2008-09-03 7:20 PM

BigDH - 2008-09-03 9:07 PM Finally got an almost an hour in. So I put my three runs into the google doc, do I need to publish it or anything?

Do you log your training in the BT logs? Usually it's required that you also log them there so we can check your log against the spreadsheet.

It's the 30th.  I thought today was the 5th when I did my calculation.  It's been a weird week.

My percentage will greatly increase tomorrow (Saturday). I ran another 2.25 miles this morning and have my long run tomorrow morning. I will be going for 3 hours (approximately 13 miles). Hopefully, TS Hannah doesn't rain on the entire run!

Great job everyone on getting started! This was a hard week with the holiday changing people's schedules around. I think everyone will be on schedule next week.

Dear Team Captains,

This is the first weekend of reporting.  Please email me your results by Sunday.  The earlier the better!!

My email is shawnbarr99@ yahoo.com.

What I need:

·         Each team members name and their miles run from 9/1 to 9/6

It would be a good idea if you PM all your team members today and remind them to post their miles asap and definitely before Saturday night.

Thanks for being a captain!! Please let me know if you have questions.

Thanks!!

ps...whew, this community organizer stuff is hard work :-)

Taking the rest of this week off of running, I think. I have a sprint on Sunday which will give me 3.1 miles; last tri of the season, and my goal this off season is to run then run, and run some more. My totals will reflect that next week. I may have to up the amount for the challenge, but will refrain from doing so until I figure out my training schedule.

I was supposed to do a tri on Sunday.  It's now a du, unless they cancel the race altogether.  Stupid tropical storm....

3.28 miles in this morning, time contrainsted so only ran 30 minutes.

That puts me at 10.56 logged miles for week 1.

You probably saw this already, but looks like they cancelled the Half at your race Sunday and moving the sprint/oly back an hour.   Saw the post on ST.

OHHHHH - Team Captains,

If your team members do NOT have anything posted by Saturday night.  Just send me what they have; even if it is ZERO.

There's no way I or you can wait around for people to post their miles.

Having a big, fat ZERO or forgetting to log miles will be great fodder for Harassment and Trash Talking next week.

Thanks!!

Ps...once I have your numbers and post results on Monday, I will not make adjustment for people who whine, "I forgot to post my miles."  Babies.

Runnin' god has spoken.

Yeah, I saw that.  I feel bad for them.  I'm a little concerned about the race now.

Sorry that your tri was changed to a du, but at least you get to log more running miles. Can you get Blossom & Bubbles to join you in making the tropical storm go away?

You can just put it on the spreadsheet.  I'll take all the mileage from there and send it to Shawn.
