OMG....We are all a bunch of wackos!  Certifiable at that!  Good thing I don't work in psych nursing! (former ERRN, now doing utilization review for the insurance company, a lot less stress and better hours for training)

Hey everybody,

 Thanks for including me in your challenge group.  My name is Kevin Patrick Allen and I'm shooting for 175 miles this month as I shoot for a 3.10 finish at the Kansas City Marathon in October.  My PR at this point is 3.12 and my training has been fair-to-midlin this time around so I need a good motivational kick in the butt!!!  Hopefully this will help do the trick.

OHHHHH - Team Captains,

If your team members do NOT have anything posted by Saturday night.  Just send me what they have; even if it is ZERO.

There's no way I or you can wait around for people to post their miles.

Having a big, fat ZERO or forgetting to log miles will be great fodder for Harassment and Trash Talking next week.

I'm still recovering...

No problem, I'm new at the team captain thing and went all crazy and made our own Google account.  

I am always amazed when I can get these things to work. The way I have found that works best for me (anyone else, feel free to jump in here if you have a better/easier way) is to reply to the comment that contains the table using the "Quote" feature.  Then go into HTML mode and copy all text between the <table> and </table> tags.  Then go into your control panel, goals, and, working in HTML view, paste this text into your log.
