I can't bring myself to tell my kids - they would kick me outta the house! I confess that I hit a small animal with my car recently while driving to the pool in the dark, and I was relieved when I looked back and saw that it was just a raccoon. |

I can't believe I let myself be seen with you in public last weekend. I wore swim trunks for a half mary to show that I run as a conscientious objector. It's not that bad...if I get my sorry a$$ in the pool this winter I might make a comeback... |

Wolfhound668 - 2008-09-04 8:44 PM I live 40 miles from Chicago and honestly couldn't care less about any of the professional sports teams (I think there are actual laws against that). Apparently my confession is that I want to kick Dan's azzz and ask him, "What the heck is your problem???" Sorry...a MAJOR DIE HARD Cubs fan, and a lifelong Bears fan...yes, I apparently like to bring misery upon myself!! Edited by miami9296 2008-09-05 2:37 PM |

CubeFarmGopher - 2008-09-05 6:12 AM I confess that I started the "Peak of Arousal" thread because I'm a voyeur who likes hearing about other people's sex lives; especially when I don't have one of my own. You too? I thought I was the only one without a sex life on BT??? HA HA! Good to know I'm not alone! |

Apparently my confession is that I want to kick Dan's azzz and ask him, "What the heck is your problem???" Sorry...a MAJORLY DIE HARD Cubs fan, and a lifelong Bears fan...yes, I apparently like to bring misery upon myself!! Oh yeah like there is a lot to be excited about in Chicago sports arena. The Cubs will lose in the first round to the D-Backs, The White Sox are the only real baseball team in the area, the Blackhawsk - not worth even typing about - and Da Bears - well come October 1 and they are 0-4 you will understand! How fired up did this get you? You know I was just waiting for you to post about the Cubs again. You are the BANDWAGON fan right? (JK) DAMN YOU STRIKE AGAIN!!! YOu know my emotions right now are extremely fragile with our 5 game losing streak, our starting rotation on the fritz, and the fact that: A) I've been down this road before, and was hoping to NEVER go down it again, and B) It's been a VERY LONG YEAR for me, if you read my post from before about the lack of, you know what! So I ask you to PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE go easy on me!! |

Master 1563 Chicago | Subject: RE: Confession Friday... I have another one (in addtion to the ones I've already posted: lack of nookie, Cubs fan): I confess that I am SEVERLY annoyed with my sister because we were supposed to take off for a long weekend in February next year before we both start getting into our heavy duty training for our respective races next year, and she told me the other day, "Brad (the 17x IM boyfriend) and I decided to go to Mexico in February to do some hot weather training to prepare for IM Louisville next year...you don't care if he goes, do you?" Yes I did mind, so I told her, "I thought this was just going to be us?" And her response was something like, "Well I can't just leave Brad at home!" WHAT THE F*$&^#*%??? Is she kidding??? What, now that she has a boyfriend, we can no longer go on vacation together, sisters getting away for a little while like we had done for YEARS, that is just out the window??? Sorry, this has REALLY been irritating me since she told me on Tuesday, and I'm hurt by it too...I'm single, and have been for awhile, so maybe it's just me being bitter, but I think that's crap! I knew you would get fired up - thanks and hopefully your sister gets her act together! The cubs are definately something I get fired up about....I was SOOOOO enjoying my relaxing season...first place was relatively safe, injuries seemed pretty infrequent, I was so optimistic, now, I feel like ripping my hair out! I'll be ok...nothing a Edited by miami9296 2008-09-05 3:05 PM |

One of the benefits of being a stay-at-home mom, I can start my Friday night a little early. A better confession for this group would be that it's a Bud Light in a can (I know COJ has a bunch of beer snobs ), and I like it! |

I'm sure that's going to make some people on here furious, and think I am ignorant, and I am aware of that. 2-I have a MAJOR crush on a coworker, and he's 9 years younger than me! But that might be because of the drought I've been in, anything looks good at this point! HA! Well, not anything, I do have some standards! |

Regular 206 | Subject: RE: Confession Friday... New confession. I have (looks at clock) 37 minutes left until the weekend and have a terrible case of the "give-a-sh*ts". See, I gave my notice on Tuesday so only have four more work days and a wake-up then I'm outta here. Wasting time on the 'net and I'm still getting more done then my cow-orkers, part of the reason I'm leaving. |
