I confess that I hit a small animal with my car recently while driving to the pool in the dark, and I was relieved when I looked back and saw that it was just a raccoon. 

I confess I am starting to appreciate painkillers.

It's not that bad...if I get my sorry a$$ in the pool this winter I might make a comeback...

Apparently my confession is that I want to kick Dan's azzz and ask him, "What the heck is your problem???"

Sorry...a MAJOR DIE HARD Cubs fan, and a lifelong Bears fan...yes, I apparently like to bring misery upon myself!!

You too?  I thought I was the only one without a sex life on BT??? HA HA!  Good to know I'm not alone!

DAMN YOU STRIKE AGAIN!!! YOu know my emotions right now are extremely fragile with our 5 game losing streak, our starting rotation on the fritz, and the fact that:

A) I've been down this road before, and was hoping to NEVER go down it again, and

B) It's been a VERY LONG YEAR for me, if you read my post from before about the lack of, you know what!

So I ask you to PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE go easy on me!!

I have another one (in addtion to the ones I've already posted: lack of nookie, Cubs fan):

I confess that I am SEVERLY annoyed with my sister because we were supposed to take off for a long weekend in February next year before we both start getting into our heavy duty training for our respective races next year, and she told me the other day, "Brad (the 17x IM boyfriend) and I decided to go to Mexico in February to do some hot weather training to prepare for IM Louisville next year...you don't care if he goes, do you?"

Yes I did mind, so I told her, "I thought this was just going to be us?" And her response was something like, "Well I can't just leave Brad at home!"  WHAT THE F*$&^#*%???  Is she kidding??? What, now that she has a boyfriend, we can no longer go on vacation together, sisters getting away for a little while like we had done for YEARS, that is just out the window???

Sorry, this has REALLY been irritating me since she told me on Tuesday, and I'm hurt by it too...I'm single, and have been for awhile, so maybe it's just me being bitter, but I think that's crap! 

You do know the Chicago sports fan battle-cry right?  "Wait until next yeeeeeeaaaarrrrr!!!!".

The cubs are definately something I get fired up about....I was SOOOOO enjoying my relaxing season...first place was relatively safe, injuries seemed pretty infrequent, I was so optimistic, now, I feel like ripping my hair out! I'll be ok...nothing a glass BOTTLE of wine can't fix! 

I confess I'm drinking a beer because it's finally 4:00.  One of the benefits of being a stay-at-home mom, I can start my Friday night a little early.

A better confession for this group would be that it's a Bud Light in a can (I know COJ has a bunch of beer snobs ), and I like it!

I think I opened Pandora's Box, as I have some more:

1-I don't really care about politics, so therefore, I don't give a sh*t about the election...I'm informed, know what's going on, but I generally just don't care! I'm sure that's going to make some people on here furious, and think I am ignorant, and I am aware of that.

2-I have a MAJOR crush on a coworker, and he's 9 years younger than me!  But that might be because of the drought I've been in, anything looks good at this point!  HA! Well, not anything, I do have some standards!

I'd tend to agree with you on this one.

New confession. 

I have (looks at clock) 37 minutes left until the weekend and have a terrible case of the "give-a-sh*ts".  See, I gave my notice on Tuesday so only have four more work days and a wake-up then I'm outta here.

Wasting time on the 'net and I'm still getting more done then my cow-orkers, part of the reason I'm leaving. 

I taped Amazing Race 12 from the Travel Channel on Wed nite.  Started to rewatch the rerun today....  I hope the blondes win....

If I hit the weekend of Thanksgiving, that will be an entire year, hollllly crap!
