For every smiley he adds another mile?
For every smiley we drink again?

All the way to page four on smilies and poop... I am gonna love this group!

Heyas, hiyas, I am Kimm. I have got one tri under my belt last year. Had big plans this year, but spent the first 2/3 of it sick, sick, sick. I have been back to training again for a little over a month and needed to add running back into the routine. So here I am!

Oh noze, who let the Scot in here?

Internet goes down for a day and you miss out on the poo stories! You guys are making it tough for me to find the joy in running. Apparently if I run like I'm supposed to, I'll end up squatting in the woods. Fun. I did get 3 miles done (no bathroom breaks) yesterday. Track work scheduled for Sunday. Happy Friday (Just for you, Sal )

So realistically, I could post about 3 smileys a week and still be o.k....

Will be running about an hour tonight  - hopefully 7 miles, have a 10K race tomorrow morning also, never actually run a 10k, done 5k, 15k, half and a marathon. Have a goal of breaking that 50 minute mark.

Yeesh. I think all the poopy talk has been a Halloween trickster hex...my sphincters have been getting quite the workout on my last 2 (very short) runs.

'Nuff said.

Anyway. No running today. Swimming. For a very. long. time. Sigh.

Short run tomorrow (after 75 miles on the bike...hah...that's gonna' hurt!). Next week will be more miles. Then, there's this 18 miler looming next Sunday. It's all good.

I'll be doing my normal daily 8-10 miles in a few hours. I'm trying to decide what route to run. Not a day to push the pace as I'll be racing both Saturday and Sunday.

Yowza. That's a heck of a workout the day before racing. How far are the races?
